Aerial Fitness

A combination of pilates, yoga and aerial acrobatics that is designed to work with all parts of the body. 

The hammock provides the perfect support, which allows students to perform yoga poses that may not be ordinarily attempted on a yoga mat. The dynamic curriculum expands as you grow and moves on to using the hammock for advanced pilates and yoga techniques. 

Aerial acrobatic techniques are also infused to create versatile yoga routines.

 A regular class entails: warm up, inversions, yoga poses, conditioning, a specialised aerial routine and a restorative cool down with a hint of meditation.
